Data Deletion

VibeFlow Marketing is operated by TNTW LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

You can request deletion of your VibeFlow Marketing account and all associated data at any time. This page describes the methods, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Choose either method below. Both have the same effect and timeline.

  • In-app (fastest): sign in at vibeflow.marketing/login, open Settings → Account, and select Delete account. The deletion request is recorded immediately.
  • By email: send a request from the email address associated with your account to hello@vibeflow.marketingwith the subject line “Data deletion request.” We will verify your identity (typically by sending a confirmation link to the email on file) before processing.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed from our active systems:

  • Account profile (name, email, OAuth provider linkage).
  • Brand Kit (name, tagline, colors, voice samples, target audience, uploaded assets).
  • Saved campaigns, generated outputs, and scheduled calendar events.
  • Connected integration tokens (e.g., Google Analytics OAuth).
  • Usage metadata associated with your account.

Timeline

  • Active database: deleted within 30 days of the deletion request.
  • Backups: retained for up to 60 days from the deletion request, then automatically purged.
  • Application logs: retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging, then deleted.

What is NOT recoverable

If you opted into the Continuous Learning & Improvement Engine, anonymized performance signals you contributed before deletion remain in aggregated form. These signals contain no identifiable data and cannot be reverse-engineered back to you. They are not deleted because they cannot be tied to your account.

Stripe retains transaction records as required by US financial regulations and its own data-retention policies. VibeFlow does not store your full credit card number; only a payment token and subscription status.

Third parties

If you connected third-party services to VibeFlow Marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, future Facebook/Instagram/X/LinkedIn integrations), revoking access in VibeFlow disconnects the integration on our side but does not delete data those services hold independently. To delete your data from a connected service, use that service’s own deletion process.

Export before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Before you delete your account, you can export your work from the dashboard:

  • Campaigns: dashboard → Campaigns → export as Markdown or CSV.
  • Calendar: dashboard → Calendar → export as CSV or ICS.
